Storage—attractive, affordable storage—is our stock in trade. We design a building for your best use of space. Our Garage Saver series will fit into a 5 foot sideyard. Our Garden Shed will tuck up against a fence and stick out only 3 ½ feet so that your garden is not compromised. Some folks are best served by oddly shaped structures like 6 feet deep and 12 or 16 feet wide… a building which, when tucked against a back fence, still allows room for badminton or for your picnic table and barbecue grill. We suggest a salt box style roof for this application.These and all of our buildings are 2 x 4 framed so that we can build small storage into the unused walls, behind shovel racks, even into the doors!

DOOR STORAGE  

You’ll be amazed at how many cans of insecticide, paint, or garden fertilizer can be stored right in your shed doors. On the subject of shape and efficiency—We ARE redefining outdoor storage. Think about your situation for a moment. How is your yard shaped? What are you storing? If you’re looking for a place to stuff the kid’s bikes and maybe keep your dirt bikes in out of the rain then the maximum allowable 10 x 12 foot open shed may be just your ticket. Add some shelves at 30” high and you can keep a lot of wheels dry… But! …if your storage needs run more along the lines of fishing/hunting gear, RC stuff or models—if you need LOTS of small storage but only a couple of bikes, then consider one of our Tote Storage Units.

TOTE STORAGE

Adding tote storage is an efficient and cost-effective way to greatly increase the capacity of your outbuilding. In fact, some sheds will more than double their usable capacity with the addition of tote racks. For instance, a 10×12 building is the largest that can be erected without a permit. A 10×12 falls into that area which is “a little too big, yet a little too small.” It’s got a large empty floor area. To utilize this, consider our Ultimate Tote Storage Unit

With its humongous interior tote column, this Bad Boy will hold ALL of your craft and modeling supplies. Instead of a vast 6 x 8 empty spot in the middle of the floor, we’ve added a floor-to-ceiling MODULE of tote storage! With capacity for 20 large totes on the left wall and 24 in the center module, you’ll STILL have 11 feet of work bench or floor-to-ceiling shelving along the right-hand wall. 44 of the 18 gallon totes and you haven’t even touched your work bench!

With the base price of the 10 x 12 foot shed starting at $2604.00, fully painted, for the model which sets on a level graveled pad, adding this Tote Module along with floor-to-ceiling storage on one wall and a full-length work bench on the other brings the price up to $3279.00 plus tax. That’s less than $700.00 to more than double the capacity of the shed. Note that if the shed has a LevLok™ floor it will also cost $150.00 over the standard LevLok™ for the added floor support under the center module.* We would also suggest that you add a couple of the glazed-in windows above the work bench, and ventilation if you intend to assemble models or work on your bikes on the work bench.
