Shed designs are not proprietary. If you’ve seen a shed, if you have a PICTURE or a LINK or any sort of description. If you’ve seen a building in a magazine or book…… WE DESIGN and build storage. We can’t possibly stock or illustrate all of the ideas out there so we conform to YOUR ideas and ideals… If you can give us even an IDEA of your needs we can work with it. Email a picture of your home, a snapshot, and we can match your style, your overhangs and roofing, even your actual paint or vinyl siding color!
PERMITTING SERVICE
We work with the various Building Departments every day on a first name basis. We can expedite your permit! With a deep understanding of the requirements of the local jurisdictions we can help you with the bureaucratic red tape…. “Prescriptive Path?” We get it. “Height Requirements?” We know it. Licensing? Wiring? Plumbing? Seismic Zone Ratings? We do this every day all day. We know and understand the requirements of each and every local governing body.
We can also build you a garage. As licensed general contractors we can provide you with storage options from small to large.
If you HAVE a shed, but it’s falling apart, we will even build you a shed, move your stuff, and take away your old shed!

The LevLok™ bracket-supported shed sits in your yard WITHOUT a graveled pad and WITHOUT a poured concrete pad/foundation. NO MESS—we can install a building and you can be mowing around it the next day.
INDOOR MFG FACILITY!
LevLok™ products are designed, built and assembled right here in the Pacific Northwest in our local facility using local components.
Fabrication, construction, caulking and painting are done indoors under controlled conditions so that even during our wet winters you can be assured of a dry, cured product.
We construct outdoor storage and work buildings. Doghouses, playhouses, pool houses and patios….. produce stands, kiosks, bus shelters, small work shops and well houses are some of our offerings.
Versatile! We use all types of support.
We design and construct buildings which set on concrete slabs, concrete foundations, compacted gravel pads, pressure-treated beams or our proprietary LevLok™ adjustable floors. As a division of Sierra Concrete, we understand the importance of a good foundation.
The LevLok™ Floor System is our specialty. Bridging the price gap between the simple graveled pad and the poured foundation/slab, consider a LevLok™ building for your next outdoor building project.
Levlok™ sheds are built to a high standard to resist the weather in our area. Differences that you will see include:
- All exterior wood is sealed/painted including plywood edges and end-grain of trim.
- Nail and staple penetrations are caulked. If you examine the siding and trim on your home, you will see that the nails have been sealed. LevLok™ sheds are built like your home.
- Tarpaper/felt under all roofing.
- We use primarily LP SmartBoard™ for our exteriors. As much as possible we leave factory-sealed and primed edges. Bottom edge (drip-edge) is always left intact. We also use traditional T1-11 fir or cedar siding, vinyl or other lap siding to match your home.
- Trim features. We give thought to drainage, dust collection and algae/mold growth when designing our trim packages. We strongly recommend finger-jointed primed cedar instead of a primed spruce or “white wood” product for corner boards. In the interest of cost we do offer white wood products if requested. Extra gluing/caulking is required for white wood components which results in a day or two extra manufacturing time.
- Some trim packages like X’d barn doors or “ladder style” trim on Dutch double doors require the use of finger-jointed cedar. We will not install complex trim packages in white or SPF wood.
