LevLok™ Sheds

Shed design may be divided into two distinct areas; the shed itself and the floor and supporting system.

The Shed

Single-Pitch

Salt Box
Roof Style
The standard shed roof style The most interior space Typically used for specialty sheds like bus shelters or our Garage Saver Good for headroom without being too high

The Floor

Below, see 5 cross-sectional or cutaway views of the various floor systems used to support sheds and other small structures.

These are for information only!

You do not have to select a floor type; we will help you with this if you have us price a storage building.

Leveled Gravel Pad Beam and Pier Block The LevLok™ System Poured Concrete Slab Poured Foundation
The most common floor system Suitable for sloped lots Innovativative and flexible to fit almost any application A good solution for most sheds, but can be expensive For a permanent and solid floor system

Private outdoor storage buildings are regulated by Clark County Building Dept. and various city codes. Clark County even provides a little “Standardized Drawing” as shown below. Sheds under 120 square feet are exempt from permitting; those over 120 square feet must be not only permitted but also placed on a continuous poured foundation. There is, however, no limit to the number of 120 square foot sheds or temporary buildings that you may have. Contact Al to see how the LevLok Floor System can help you out here.
