LevLok™ products are warranted against failure for seven years, just like your home. LIFETIME sheds will be provided with a signed written guarantee against failure for as long as you own the shed. We are a local company and will always be there for your protection, but we have to set a reasonable limit on our policy. Our best advertisement is YOU! We want you to be happy and tell your friends about us. So be assured that problems with our products will be addressed promptly.

We do not warranty sheds which have been loaded to beyond their capacity. Remember that a beam and pier block supported shed or a LevLok™ supported shed does not sit directly on the ground. Support of these sheds is dictated by number and placement of support piers. A LevLok™ supported shed is rated for a loading of 800 lbs per LevLok™ bracket. This loading is predicated on the size of the support piers and the durability of the framing. Another way we illustrate this is to say that “the LevLok™ floor is built like your home, treat it that way.” A typical, well-constructed home is rated for 75 psf (pounds per square foot). We use this standard. For heavy loads you must consider a slab floor.

We also do not cover damage from wind. A LevLok™ supported shed is just as stable as a shed set directly on a gravel pad. A LevLok™ supported shed is more stable than other pier-supported structures because each bracket can be adjusted to take equal pressure…no rocking.
