50% deposit required. An e-mail receipt will be sent as confirmation of your payment.

Homeowner/buyer must be present at time of installation. Buyer will approve the building and pay balance with cash or check. We will make you happy—but in the event that you are unhappy with the product, NOW is the time to settle it. In the event that your payment check bounces, we reserve the right to come back and get the building.

NO DOGS—All dogs will be chained, caged or removed from the property prior to commencement of work.

POWER—We will need 15 amps of power (a typical household outlet) and a water hose. If no power is available, we will supply a generator for $50.00 per day plus fuel.
